The MOST DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARD is given only once to a deserving member of the Club on the basis of his club performance for the last five (5) consecutive Rotary Years immediately prior to the selection process based on the criteria for the Most Outstanding Rotarian of the Year. Provided, further, that the nominee shall not obtain a rating lower than 85%.
In the 45 years history of the Club, there are only thirteen (13) awardees and the latest four (4) awardees constitute the Awards Committee.
